Jinan Saincom Management Consulting Co., Ltd is the holding company of Shandong Saincom Agriculture Developing Co., Ltd. It belongs to Agriculture Department of Shandong Province.

The company has 14 members, among whom four of the staff are MBA,  ten of them graduated from university. Eight members once worked in agriculture production or management and administration or previously worked for famous university as senior professors. They all have over ten years of administration and teaching experience. Meanwhile, two of them are national registered senior assessors for IS9000 quality system authentication and three are national registered consultants.

Besides the various administration consultation experts and their former work experience, the good relationship of the company with Shandong University, Shandong Agriculture University, Shandong Agriculture and Science Institute and Fangyuan Authentication Center of Shandong branch, lay a good foundation for the development of the administration consultation work.

The service the company can provide include consultation for company renovation and ISO9000, HACCP, ISO14000, OHSAS18000, feed products authentication, feasibility research and design agricultural program, production and operation of green and organic products, advanced agriculture technology, importing agricultural program and product development agency, market research and marketing design, enterprise achievement efficiency examination system, broker or conference exhibition and translation etc.
