Shandong Saincom Agriculture Developing Co., Ltd was founded in Jul 2003, Being a stock company of agriculture, industry and commerce integration with some state share, it is subordinated to Shandong Agriculture Department. The company has some branch organizations such as Trade Department,Shandong Saincom Import & Export Animal Temporary Isolation & Quarantine Farm, and Shandong Saincom Livestock Breeding Center. It also joins in investment to Management Consulting Co., Ltd and other lines of fertilizer, seeds and gardens.

The main business scope of the company is as following: introduction, isolation and breeding of animal breeds; exporting business of livestock such as cattle and sheep; deputy of animal isolation & inspection tasks; production and transplantation of animal embryos; production and sales of frozen semen; export business of　pet foods & products ,organic vegetables, meat, oils & cereals and metals; consulting services of agricultural technique developing, quality certifying, program-feasibility research, and marketing plan; production and sales of farm products; sales of packing seeds; design & construction of garden virescence projects and water-saving irrigation projects; and some other import & export businesses within the scope of credential certificate.

With the approval of state authorities, the company owns the rights to deal in import & export business, to deal in agricultural seeds and livestock. It also gets a qualification for isolation and quarantine of imported & exported animals. The company wins many honors like “Exclusive Council Member of China Animal Working Committee”, “Vice President Unit of Shandong Organic Food Society”, “A-Level Enterprise of China Custom”.
